These pictures were taken by Blazenka Kostolna on 5 December 2022 in Adliswil, 6 days before I was to embark on my yearly flight to Porto Alegre. It was a cold day, all grey in grey; the gallery ,where some of Blazenka's art work was exhibited, was also cold and so we moved to a nearby Migros restaurant to have coffee. I do not remember much of this day, except that we engaged in intense talks, as usual.
When Blazenka sent me the photos, I felt surprised. I've never had seen myself that way, and Blazenka had never photographed me this way. Or so it seemed. On the other hand: I had only then been the person that I was in that very moment, and I will never be again the person that I then was.
